Designed and developed a Django application utilizing Postgres DB and Django Rest Framework. The application has enabled collaborative mapping of over 15,000 cultural and creative industries globally. Engineered a Scrapy web-crawler that seamlessly identifies, fetches, and categorizes PDFs across websites. Integrated Zyte data API to bypass geopolitical barriers, ensuring unrestricted data access, successfully capturing over 97% of PDF files and storing them to AWS S3.
