Introduction of the centralized log management (using Splunk and later Graylog), metrics collection, and visualization using InfluxDB, Telegraf, and Grafana. Migration from Mixpanel to Amplitude without downtime and data loss, including a major rewrite of the existing backend from monolithic Java application to microservices. Backfilling 3 years of games' tracking data. Participation in the development of the web frontend using Vue.js
