My focus is on eliminating manual toil and creating reliable, self-service systems so product teams can focus on shipping their software. Beyond the core infrastructure, I share on-call duties as the first line of defense for our platform, research new tools (R&D), and I help level up the team's DevOps skills through knowledge sharing.
