Arthur Dell

I am the Sun leader for the professional services organization for the Southern and Eastern EMEA (SEE) geographically established market (which covers Russia, Mid-Europe, Mediterranean, Middle East and Africa). I am responsible for meeting professional services revenue objectives, leading a professional team of 55 people with a P&L of $25M, and drive the PS sales strategy for this region. This role owns both sales and delivery, as well as project assurance and risk management ownership.

As a founding director of BSI, I expanded the company from its initial startup phase, eventually selling the business in 2005. My primary focus at BSI was in IT consulting, and services. As operations director, I took responsibility for the running of the business, as well as interacting with various customers on a regular basis. In 2003, I established a legal presence for BSI in the Middle east, operating out of Dubai. Creating a multinational company with regional presence.
