Development of Hybrid Mobile Application for a Top 20 Grocery Retail Group client (NDA) Led the development of a hybrid mobile application using React.js, PWA, and Fugu API from scratch to production for one of the largest grocery retail groups globally, operating ~20k+ convenience stores with ~20 million monthly active users (MAU). The mobile app provides mystery shopping functionality, achieving 71% geographic coverage of stores, significantly reducing OPEX.

I worked as a Division Manager (responsible for Grodno, Belarus and Vilnius, Lithuania) in the company's 4th largest division (JavaScript). Process client requests (medium to large UK companies), match them with the internal workforce, and find optimal engineers in internal labor. As Talent Manager, I helped the division's top senior engineers formulate goals and analyze how to achieve them. Introduced and drove OKRs in the division.

Contributed to the existing functionality of the web platform and also participated in the design and implementation of new major features (such as WYSIWYG editors, calendars, task boards, white labeling, etc.) I personally introduced unit and integration tests to the frontend pipelines (from zero to >50% coverage) and designed a new architecture for the website and content blog based on headless CMS and server-side rendering, which significantly improved SEO, performance and user engagement.

Mostly worked as a UI developer by outsourcing / out staff model. More than 20+ projects for big, middle, and small businesses. I started in the company as a QA engineer when here were 20+ employees and was involved in company transformation to the home for more than 300 employees as a lead UI engineer. Collaborated on the projects with Daimler AG, SAP SE, Evonik Industries AG, Westernacher Consulting AG, Penton Media, CROC Inc, Sibur Holding, Helvar, Lition AG, and others.
