• Communication: Managed the Corporate Communication to external entities and stakeholders. • Operations Management: Managed the infrastructure and operations, in addition to the cost optimization. • Mentoring: Led and managed the team working on the Accounting/ERP Software.

• ETL – Extraction of data from the core(legacy) system; and loading it to the database for new system, after transforming it to be suitable for latter system. This transformation was with regards to Scale/Range, Datatype and codes that were eventually loaded to the new system. • Data Quality Assessment System: The system used a complex matrix to gauge the Data Quality and Completeness. This module helped us achieve the Data Quality to 96% within one month of its introduction

• Module Ownership: Worked on PRM-Partner Relationship Management module. This was a new feature implemented in the Siebel CRM OnDemand Application. • Business Solution implementation: Worked on the various GUI components and the business layer of the application. This involved working in XML, SQL and C++. • Oracle Business Intelligence: Set up Partner and Dealer Objects in Oracle BI (Business Intelligence) / Analytics. This included working on Oracle BI.

• Internship project: Developed a new module for special holiday tickets, in the vehicular parking solution for Amano, Japan. This was submitted as final semester project for my Masters. It was ranked the top project in a batch of 60 students. • Medical solution: Ported a high-end Ultrasound solution to newer and more sustainable technology. This solution automatically detected the blockage in arteries. Received the prestigious BRAVO award from the Head of Business Unit for this project.
