SilverTech Consultants is a Pakistan based Start-up, providing services to individuals from Pakistan to relocate to developed countries either as a student or skilled immigrant.I have been working here as a Consultant to provide diversified consultancy services in several fields including Data Analysis, creating and maintaining Management Information System (MIS).

I was associated with World Health Organization which was implementing a project through Solutionica (Islamabad Based IT Company) as Manager, Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Monitoring & Evaluation. My core responsibility included coordination and liaison between core team at WHO Manila Office and associated partners in establishing and implementing online learning management systems for health professionals in the Pacific Islands.

Worked under the overall supervision of Manager Monitoring and Evaluation and successfully developed an M&E department and ensured donor reporting was exercised with best practices. Maintained systematic record of the progress and the development of the monitoring and evaluation data and information. Ensured that monitoring & evaluation components were built into the design of all programme outputs.

Worked as Data Analyst at the Commercial Unit of USAID PDP and provided services in the field of data analysis, process improvement and automation in key commercial interventions. Developed and maintained a database of relevant information; design the data structures and established relationships. Conducted detailed analyses of the data, using appropriate techniques; present reports in the form of Graphs, Presentations and Statistical Reports as required by the senior management.

Served as the focal person between the donor agencies and project providing necessary reports (such as monthly/quarterly progress reports, annual project reviews, participatory impact assessments, process monitoring, operations monitoring and lessons-learned mechanisms) in a timely manner for key decision making. Assisted in the process for identifying and designing the key indicators for each component of the project, to record and report actual progress against the work-plan.
