Project in Dubai: Configuration & Maintenance VOIP System, VPN Connections & Shared Files.  Network planning.  Automation of administration process.  Installation and configuration of switches, routers and Linux servers.  Administration of WEB apps, HTTP, FTP, MAIL, DNS, VPN.  ASA Cisco Firewall administrator.  Technical consulting.  Provide customer support.

 Network Operations Center Engineer.  Monitoring, break-fix and other duties via Nagios monitoring tool.  Responsible for first, second and third level support, proactive monitoring.  Working with Amazon cloud provider.  Internal/External communications including interacting with vendors, clients and third parties to ensure timely resolution of trouble reports.

 Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.  Troubleshooting networking issues (DNS, DHCP, Routing and others) both internally and externally (Branch offices).  Deployment some applications running in the system (Apache tomcat).
