• Transaction Diligence (Financial/Vendor Due Diligence) - Strategy & Transactions. • Understand the analyse related trends (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash-flow and non-financials KPIs). • Perform the daily accounting activities : book-keeping, bank reconciliation, outgoing and incoming invoices, fixed assets. • Support month-end closing : revenue and cost accruals, payroll postings, reconciliation of accounts.

• Worked with Global credit control team, in management of receivables & cash and management of payables such as claims, broker commission. • Collections through statement generation, reminders and follow-up with various departments/Network Partners. • Account reconciliations (Claim Bucket, Cash Control Account) and resolution of issues in coordination with internal parties. • Managing Inflow(premiums) and Outflow (claims, brokerage, return premiums) of cash.
