Mr. Ashley Mills is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s Dubai office and a member of both the Firm’s Global Consumer Markets and the Global Human Resources Centre of Expertise. Mr. Mills advises international clients in the consumer market with a focus on the retail, hospitality, entertainment and luxury sectors. He specialises in C-Suite and Board Level appointments across the Middle East and Africa.

Ashley is a Managing Associate in Korn Ferry’s EMEA Human Resources search practice. Joining the group in 2012, he is responsible for executive level search assignments for Human Resource professionals. His market coverage includes leading companies in industry and commerce in the UK as well as throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa.
