Responsible for ongoing projects in 11 countries in Asia-Pacific in the field of Mobile Point-Of-Sale (mPOS) technology, payment processing and infrastructure and end to end IT payment solutions.

Full-time internship and by Master Student. Responsible of integrating e-commerce platform and Mobile Point of Sale (mPOS) backend and provide product IT consulting services . o Technical analysis to define requirements and design integration architecture. o Business analysis to create innovative business opportunities.  Creation of KPI definitions for generating different types of BI-reports for retailers.  Market research and case study for building IoT store solution.

Fixing bugs and improving performance of a website back-end implemented using Typo3 .

Responsible for building and monetizing in-house analytical web-based reporting tool on top of Social Media platforms using Sentiment Analysis Techniques; Information Retrieval, Data Aggregation, Data Mining, Machine Learning, NLP, Monitoring and Reporting Tools. My role was handling the projects in the R&D unit.

Worked on joint Advanced Research Project between LINK Development and the American University in Cairo (academic partner). The purpose was to build a state-of-the-art prototype for “Sentiment Analysis and Opinion Mining tool of the Arabic Web-content”.

Installation and configuration of Oracle Database 10g, IBM DB2 and IBM Cognos BI suite.
