I'm responsible for the teams running the ecommerce platform. Managing multi functional teams composed of backend developers, frontend developers and quality assurance engineers. I have planned and built multiple tools to support the business sales strategy, integrated existing tools with the company's ERP software, built tools to match supply and demand. My role is a mix of technical expertise (Symfony, Postgres, Spryker), managing the team (up to 15 engineers) and interfacing with multiple stakeholders.

Helping companies to avoid mistakes, especially at early stages. The main area are PHP applications, some examples are API development, infrastructure management (deploy, provisioning), continuous integration, workflow management, test automation. My experience and connection to some opensource projects that are "de-facto" standards in the PHP environments, allows me to give a full overview of what can go wrong and what has to be done to have a successful project.

As a lead software engineer I'm responsible for the whole infrastructure necessary to support the company business. This includes building and maintaining the Symfony API consumed by the mobile app, admin panels used by moderators, Machine Learning pipelines to automate many steps of the day to day work performed by admins. I have as well managed the AWS cluster using Docker, Terraform and Puppet.

synergist.io is a secure cloud service to automate the negotiation of contract terms. In this project my responsibilities were: - help the team to clean-up the codebase - setup continuous integration / continuous deployment - setup servers to use Docker - find and implement possible optimizations in the application and in the development flow

Lead developer responsible for the entire web application life-cycle, in particular for long-life and business critical projects.

Deep analysis of main Web technologies and underlying concepts. Main treated topics: client-server architectures, http infrastructure, databases, algorithm complexity, object oriented development and related patterns, software analysis, human-computer interaction.
