• Represent the Republic of Turkiye before international investment tribunals such as ICSID, UNCITRAL, • Manage and supervise local cases initiated against Turkish Institutions before the courts in France and the USA. • Conduct national security-level and highly confidential investigations against the related subject persons in the cases, gather pertinent information and evidence from governmental and judicial bodies, and provide substantial support to the preparation of cross-examinations.

• Led compliance and open reporting programs in GEHC Turkiye in the higly regulated healthcare and life sciences industry, oversaw internal investigations, regular risk analyses, and delivered comprehensive business-wide online policy and procedure training programs. • Conducted investigations into Company policy violations, FCPA requirements, local legislation, and regional/global business ethics standards.

• Monitored and interpreted the legislative environment, provided expert consultation on various legal areas for commercial business units and departments such as sales, finance, quality assurance, etc. in Turkiye, ensuring timely and proper compliance for over 4,000 employees. • Appointed and promoted as the Data Protection Officer, additional to Legal Counsel role, reporting to the CFO, in ensuring the Company's adaptation to data protection regulations. (04/2016-11/2016).

• Selected for this unique short-term assignment—the first of its kind for a legal counsel within the Metro Group—due to strong engagement with headquarters and expertise in corporate law matters for the Turkiye entity. • Supported the Legal Expansion team in launching two new country entry projects, conducted legal due diligence for investment opportunities in these two jurisdictions • Worked closely with business partners as part of the Metro Accelerator Program that supported start-ups in the sector.
