Developed competency based training (CBT) programs and job aids on PLC cigarette machinery. Interviewed and assessed applicants with human resources, and recruited talented technicians. Trained 100+ technicians on high-speed machines to meet safety, quality & efficiency objectives. Started up initial production with Turkish and expatriate subject matter expert (SME) staff. Managed development and implementation of factory work teams, a pioneering process at PMI. Created & delivered team building workshops.

Scheduled and coordinated initial sample inspection reports for vehicle facelift projects. Established sophisticated QA claim procedures for imported and local automotive parts. Attended the Project Management School at corporate training and development center. Led assembly line quality circles, and applied statistical process control (SPC) techniques.

Taught students to use CNC computerized milling machine and CAD/CAM systems. Supervised experiments at mechanical & electrical measurements laboratory. Instructed fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, heat transfer and FORTRAN 77 classes.
