• Distinct leadership and overseeing the administration and construction aspects of the project to ensure successful delivery within its timeline • Liaising with client(s) such as EMAAR, MZH & MRH committee and building strong working relationship(s) • Responsible for ensuring projects are aligned with overall strategic goals and objectives, and if not, implement corrective action • Oversees all project implementation related to project management.

Assuming direct managerial control for other project managers, including managing their professional development through discerned coaching and mentoring across a diverse residential and commercial portfolio. Coordinating all provisions within a continuous improvement culture, managing all aspects of material movement, providing a leadership overview, delivering logistic and technical expertise; and assist in the implementation of agreed actions and strategic direction.
