Office Administrative Activities in support of Projects and Programs such as Designing filing systems & ensuring filing systems are maintained and up to dated– Planning and coordinating CEO’s calendar, Defining procedures for record retention & ensuring protection and security of files and records - Transferring and disposing records according to retention schedules and policies - Follow-up on all issues until resolution and achieve - Controlling Correspondences - Liaise with other agencies & organizations

Archiving the documents, Administrative Affairs, setting up the contracts, Research and development projects, Responsible for issuing certificates, performance reports, organizing meeting and cultural events, Member of German Language Entrance Tests Team (B1, B2 German Language Tests)

Translating the English contents, coordinating international commercial affairs such as corresponding (most in English - some in German), forecasting, monitoring the orders process with supplier and local customers such as payment, shipments, commercial registration, transporting, organizing meeting and conferences, responsible to set, define, monitoring and updating all commercial activities.

Saffron selling in Iran Mercantile Exchange - communicating, getting the membership and correspondence with the chambers of commerce and foreign companies – Researching and planning in order to identify target markets and competitors based on SWOT analysis - Providing pricing strategy - Research in order to find the best solutions for selling the basket of goods both in domestic and international markets
