- Supported SCANIA, A VW Group Company as Sr. EWM consultant - End to end support to business warehouse operations for Sweden and Belgium - Successfully completed transition for outbound process from implementation team to support “Steady State” phase. - Provided on floor support at Opglabbeek, Belgium - Delivery all Major, Minor Fix & CR - Support to issues of Inbound, Outbound and internal warehouse processes - Queue monitoring and fixing - Legacy system Aros interface monitoring

- Performed client facing and team lead role from UK for the period of one year - Involved in day to day Application support - Accountable for delivery of all major change requests, specially line side supply process which is a quite complex bespoke to meet line side supply requirement - Working on issues from Inbound, Outbound and Lineside Supply - Responsible to deliver and close all types incidents including P1 to P4 within agreed SLA with client - Delivery all Major, Minor Fix & CR

- Handling global support for entire US, EMEA cluster - Providing the resolution to incidents up to customer satisfaction as per priority basis. - Analysing the problem to provide solutions to user generated error and incidents. - Providing the solutions to user generated errors on various subjects like, PR, PO, GR, Inventory Management & MM-FI Interface - Delivery all Major, Minor Fix & CR - Developing and supporting for Output Types, customized Reports etc.

Inventory control, working on BOM error, Inventory control of high value items as well as imported items, Co-ordination with development group during Engineering Change Notice and PPC dept in order to avoid material shortages, Issue booking and transfer posting System, Quarterly physical inventory and explanation of the same, spare part dispatches, monitoring and marinating share of business of vendors ,working on third party logistics 3PL Project ,Procurement of all material through third party logistics
