Main responsibilities: To manage an internal sales team, who gives personalized advice to real estate clients. Contribute to develop sales strategies to promote and displace inventory. Support the sales force in the closing of purchase sales operations. Supervise the salesforce team to keep the clients activity in the CRM platform fully updated. Coordinate the external sales force (Commercial Allies) .

Perform audits related to custody and fund services, in accordance with corporate methodologies, including drafting of audit reports, presenting issues to the business and discussing practical solutions with the management. Monitor the risk environment for the SFS products and assesses the emerging risks through the Business Monitoring process. Develop effective working relationships with the business management being audited, and complete assigned audits within budgeted timeframes and costs.
