Austin Schnepp

I work as a liaison between the professor and her students. I assisted her with her research needs and designed Power Points for her lectures and her conferences. Under her supervision I corrected students’ homework and tests.

I ensured excellent customer service by speaking with main contacts for events and using creative problem solving. During my shifts I was responsible for managing daily schedules and informing my supervisors and the kitchen staff of any unknown schedule changes. During small and medium sized events I often worked as the main contact with event coordinators.

The Alma College Union Board plans events on campus. I worked in small groups to plan events. We planned advertising campaigns in order to inform the campus of our events and help increase attendance. I often worked with performers to ensure their rider requirements were met.
