Developed bench marking for motor control micro controller. Performed Process in the-Loop (PIL) testing using Field-Oriented Control models to evaluate microcontrollers core efficiency. Created an evaluation matrix for benchmarking peripherals, enabling optimal microcontroller selection for motor control.

Developed and tested firmware for power electronics tools and battery. Designed PCB Schematic and layout using Altium and integrated it into HIL systems.

Designed software architecture & low-level modules following V-model development life cycle. Software development in embedded C for new product feature. Performed unit, ingratiation and Hardware in loop test for debugging and quality improvement of the product. Managed version control using Git lab to support collaborative global development.

Participated in software development for battery charging station control systems. Implemented initial hardware and software setup for DC-DC and AC-DC converters using STM32 MCUs and TI power ICs. Performed debugging and bug fixes with JTAG, ensuring stable operation of power electronics systems.
