• Own the relationship end-to-end with top brands • Partner internally with key retail functions to contribute to the definition of priorities and operational goals according to the brand's needs • Define joint business plans and assist in delivering impact for the brands I support directly • Regularly audit metrics to continually drive quality of the AVS (Amazon Vendor Services) experience and deliver targets • Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation within the AVS across EU

• Inventory management for categories Lawn and Garden & Home Improvement (e.g. forecasting, ordering, monitoring and analysis, in-season management, etc) • Constant evaluation of inventory risk and developing activities to reduce overstock • Independent project work with external vendors to improve delivery performance (e.g. pallet ordering, etc.) • Close collaboration with internal departments (finance, forecasting, etc.) for execution and optimization of product procurement and return process.

• Assistance in outbound and kitting rack development. • Finding new suppliers and regular correspondence with suppliers in India. • Benchmark analysis for returnable container pooling system including request for quotation and comparison. • Creating supply chain concept in PowerPoint. • Worldwide packaging price analysis and optimization.

• Monitoring e-mails & prepares replies to the required clarifications / queries from our Principal and customers. • Preparing shipment statement, consolidation of data for shipment movement. • Monitoring of movement of ships in order to check arrival time of vessels carrying raw material to different ports in India and accordingly advising the customers. • Maintain entire data of clients. - Handle calls of the customers, regarding queries for shipment/ documents
