Senior Software Developer, Team Lead. Worked as a contractor in Professional Services team of Rightnow Technologies. Specialized in customizing Rightnow CRM Customer Portal and CRM Application. Was responsible to get project requirements from project manager, writing individual tasks, make estimations, assign tasks to team members and deliver the project in time to the customer.

As a Team Lead I was responsible for development of EDA tool, which allows designing semiconductor circuits and perform their AC, DC and Transient analysis, creating custom elements and using them in multi-layer circuits.

Development of several tools which was a part of a big subsystem. Following tools was created: system performance and processes monitoring tool, tool for managing processes on remote machine, data backup and replication tool for local network, information exchange tool between internal subsystem and external network (Internet), real-time messaging tool.

As a Developer I have participated on development of information guide “Map of Yerevan”, graphical interface of vectored map with zoom functionality. Project Admin part allows editing of map - creating new, editing and deleting map objects (streets, rivers, etc.). I have worked on ability of search and highlight objects, multilevel categorized directory of registered companies, ability of generating printable version of phone directory pages of Yerevan.
