Algorithm development for robustness of next generation maXTouch capacitive sensors, pseudo-force detection

Responsible for digital signal processing in GestIC systems. Final stage development, market introduction and maintenance of stochastic and deterministic signal processing algorithms for low-power capacitive 2D touch and 3D gesture sensing micro- controllers (Matlab, C). Planning and leading local and multi-site projects. Lead developer, in close collaboration with application engineers and hardware designers. Technical and disciplinary responsibility for a team of three signal processing engineers.

Simulation and experimental evaluation of protocols in mobile AdHoc networks for inter-vehicle and vehicle-roadside transmission of safety-relevant data (dedicated short-range communications). (Python/Matlab)
