Both the most challenging and exciting journey of my career. Experienced the most intense and fun time simultaneously, working endlessly and tirelessly, being positively pushed by well known leadership (Vice Chairwoman Vingroup/ Vinfast CEO). It felt like my own company, the cars like my own personal project. This job was exhausting, however motivating and rewarding at the same time. Was not just a job, it became passion.  Site's purchasing manager an process owner JM Redwitz  In charge of international strategic procurement for tungsten doped titanium dioxide (TIW) for Johnson Matthey’s sites in China, India, UK, USA, Argentina, South Africa, Macedonia and Germany  Managing a team of three direct reports and two indirect reports  Scope (a.o.): - Raw materials (ca. 50 suppliers) - Production equipment incl. maintenance and services  Annual spend: 50 mio EUR

 Global lead buyer production equipment (BU „door modules“)  Scope: - production equipment (from stand-alone workstations (30k EUR) through highly automated lines incl. „end-of-line“-testing (5mio EUR))  In charge of: - 14 European sites (BE, GER, UK, RUS, SK, ESP, CZ, HU, RSA) - 6 American sites in Lead buyer function (Brazil, Canada, Mexico, USA) - 6 Asian sites in Lead buyer function (China, India, South Korea)  Annual spend: 15 mio EUR
