Research Assistant at the Medical Molecular Genetics department, Human Genetics and Genome Research Division. -Molecular diagnosis of various Human Inherited Diseases especially in Hereditary Hemoglobinopathies as Beta-thalassemia, Aplastic, and Fanconi Anemia; using advanced molecular biology techniques as: - Human DNA/ RNA Extraction - PCR and Purified PCR processes - Sequencing - Bioinformatics/ Computational biology techniques.

Perform bacterial count analysis to non-sterile products and tests for specified microorganisms. Perform sterility test. Develop and maintain validation in all protocols for various environmental Controls.
