-Working in the field with Syrian refugee children in İstanbul -Taking part in the organization of the first biggest Syrian-Turkish NGOs meeting, reporting the outcomes of this meeting -Translating and creating promotion materials -Participating to UNDP’s Social Good Summit as a delegate

-Taking part in all processes related to development, trainings, talent management and rewarding in the organizational development function -Carrying out the employee branding project of GSK Turkey in universities -Developing and updating training contents, following up training evaluations in order to increase training efficiency -Taking role in the employee orientation project

-Preparing weekly performance newsletters -Communication with stores regarding operational processes such as returns, shipments and reporting the results of these processes to relevant District Managers -Monitoring and controlling of expense forms sent from stores; obtaining approvals and signatures

-Preparing recruitment and selection tools -Selecting and allocating 400 members to departments such as sales, marketing etc. based on the competency, interest and skills -Creating and giving internal trainings to members -Being responsible for career planning, tracking and coaching -Experiencing supervision of 200 members -Participating in national and international conferences as a delegate and facilitator in Turkey, Tunusia and Switzerland �
