As a Project & Social Media Manager I support our Global Employer Branding team based in Schaan, Liechtenstein with various projects across all of our 120+ International Offices. This includes SEO for career sites, Hilti's global EVP strategy, training on the use of digital / social media channels for recruitment purposes and the analysis of Google Analytics for each country to enhance brand awareness.

My role is to manage the Sourcing Strategy and to research and trial new exciting and innovative techniques to attract a consistent pipeline of candidates to Hilti across many different business units including High Volume Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Marketing, Interns, Graduates etc. Methods can include Job board analysis, agency suppliers, job fairs, local and national advertising, social media interaction, PPC and other valuable tools to ensure Hilti is known as the employer of choice.

Tasked with managing Cubiq's Key, High volume engineering accounts - Key Engineering Account Management - Client Relationship management - Bid/Tender Management - Contract renewal / contract negotiation - Full Recruitment Lifecycle management - Stakeholder Management - SLA/KPI Management - Candidate sourcing including (but not limited to) Headhunting, Talent Pooling, Lead Generation, Networking and online advertising including Social Media / Job Boards
