Developed a tool for the analysis of metabolite correlations in plants using correlation network analysis. For this tool, Cytoscape.js library is used. During the development of this tool, graph algorithms such as degree, closeness and betweenness centrality were required. Those algorithms were implemented and submitted to Cytoscape.js project on github.

I have worked in different parts of the project “Natek Service Desk”. I designed an algorithm to distribute incoming requests to servers fairly, according to amount and frequency of past requests. I have learned to use Microsoft Visual Studio and DevExpress. I developed a simple version tracking tool that developers in Natek will use. I learned how to code in C# and develop ASP.NET web applications.
