IKEA Trading Services is the commercial link between Ikea of Sweden (IOS) and the suppliers. Our role is to negotiate the sales conditions as well as building a strong and close relationship with internal and external manufacturers in order to satisfy our common final customers.

Pavo Sales is a B-to-B office supply provider. Responsible for the customer service area as well as for the account management (Spain and Portugal). - Order management, deliveries, forecasts, invoices and claims. - Preparation of the commercial offers, RFI/RFQ, follow up of the KPI and action plans. - Increased the turnover in Spain (+30%) - Opening of a new account.

This internship was carried out as part of my Master degree. - Define the relocation process, the policies and the benefits allocated. - RFI/RFQ to benchmark all of the current service providers.

The IAE is located in the northern part of France. The Master includes classes such as Management, Import/Export, Negotiation, Law and Languages (English, Spanish and Dutch). Activities and Societies: President of the student association - Creation of an alumni network (over 100 members).

Concordia University is located in the heart of Montreal. This exchange program in an english speaking university enabled me to study deeply the north american culture and economy. Activities and Societies: Writing of an essay on the impact of the railway building in Canada.
