Kick started and facilitated end to end process to build third party integrations of various marketing and analytics products with VWO​. Worked with third party tools including Mixpanel, Google Analytics, KissMetrics, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Heap, Amplitude. Automated internal data warehouse layer to send data from multiple tools such as Hubspot, Intercom, Freshdesk to Google BigQuery and analyzed data in Google data studio and transform raw data into meaningful, actionable information.

Managed the team and related process. Provided CRO consulting to various enterprise customers. Suggested optimization ideas and helped clients increase their conversion rate. Automated various tasks using JavaScript/PHP and build own dashboards for reporting from APIs.

Responsible for Product support and taking care of all the L2 and L3 support tickets for Visual Website Optimizer. Assisting user in creating variations for web page through small HTML, JS and CSS codes. Supporting customers in making various A/B testing Marketing campaign, web analytics of the test site.

Evaluated, prioritized and managed functional and non-functional requirements, and ensured that they are addressed and subsequently met in required solution. From Functional point of view, understanding the Business requirement from AML Business units and provide them technical solutions accordingly​.
