I joined Eximius Group to head up a Greenfield Technology Energy Practice and to establish an initiative within the Energy Sector based on my expertise within Technology recruitment. This practice's aim was to partner with Operators of all sizes from super majors to start ups, Oilfield Services, Consultancies, EPC contractors, FPSO/Rig operators, Commodity Houses, Energy trading companies and the SMART sector.

As the Head of Java Resourcing I presented at the Devoxx Java conference and at the Scala Days 2012 conference.
