Responsibilities included management of trademark portfolios for various international clients , coordination of IP recordal projects worldwide through the partner network. trademark and patent recordals - assignments, mergers, changes of name/legal entity, changes of address, licences, trademark verification, handling direct filing with WIPO, DPMA, EUIPO.

Litigation Specialist -Joined the Pretoria Society of Advocates and started my training as an aspiring advocate. On completion of a year’s intensive litigation training and passing all bar exams I was admitted to the Society on 4 February 2014.I established my own practice at The Circle Chambers in Pretoria. I specialised in Civil, Corporate and Family Law matters.

After completing my articles I wrote and passed the Attorney admission exame. I practiced in the general litigation department at Riëtte Oosthuizen Attorneys. I was working as a litigation attorney and was responsible for my clients and their cases. My duties included preparing legal documents, consulting with clients, negotiating settlements with the opposition, briefing advocates and attending court for pre trail hearings

Articles in order to be admitted as attorney. I was working and rotating in the general litigation department, deeds department, trusts and estates department, commercial department, as well as the motor vehicle accidents department. During my time at Weavind & Weavind Inc, I gained excellent experience in the drafting of legal documents and assisting senior attorneys with various cases.
