As a Senior BI and IT Solution Developer, my focus is on designed, implemented and maintained database and software architecture to support automated data processing. I develop, enhance and maintain online reports. These reports are key performance measurement and viewed by all sales staff in TD Canada Trust.

Senior Regional Managers (SRM) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM) are responsible for coaching Branch Sales Staff in 59 different Districts in 7 different Regions across Canada. I developed online RSM Scorecard, Expense Report and Segmentation Report for SRM and RSM. These reports help Senior Regional Manager to focus on area of improvement.

AS a Small Business Advisor I provided Small Business owners with exceptional service and sound financial advice to meet their diverse credit, deposit, cash management and payment processing needs. My role contributed to the overall branch success by achieving sales through business development, retention and referrals.

As one of the senior advice providers in the branch, I understand the banking and financial needs of customers, and provides appropriate advice and recommendations.
