• Monitoring and Management of quality activities within connection pipeline system between STAR Refinery and PETKİM Facilities Project • Submission of relevant procedures to the approval of STAR & PETKİM authorities. • Following of revision works of existing and connection lines accordance within Quality requirements and relevant procedures of PETKİM Refinery. • Management of QA /QC Team.

Monitoring and Management of quality activities of factory piping manufacturing process .Organization of factory QA/QC works, inspection and testing activities through the piping process controls, Control of welding progress accordance within TSGI procedures and specifications.

• Some projects under my responsibilities are; • Alstom Hydro- KALEKÖY HEPP Project /Turkey-Quality control of manufacturing • Alstom Hydro- “NANTE DE DRANCE Hydropower Plant” / SWITZERLAND - control of manufacturing • Alstom Hydro- “SENDJE Power Plant”- Quality control of manufacturing • Metso Oil & Gas & Mineral- Quality control of manufacturing • Monitoring and management the certification process of standard EN 18800-7, EN1090, EN 3834

GÜBRETAŞ Co (Technical supervisor of manufacturing process for ammonia Tank-33000 m³ accordance within API 620, Supplier is UMDE Co. SAKARYA).ALSTOM POWER & DOGUŞ ENERGY GROUP (Supervisor and coordinator of manufacturing process and Function test of the cranes for ARTVİN DAM & HEPP Project).GENERAL ELECTRIC TURKEY-SAMSUN (periodic controls of equipment such as overhead crane, monorail crane, slings, wire ropes etc.).

• The projects under my responsibilities are; • 1 Ammonia Tank-30000 m³ (API 620). (537 Cl1) • 1Nitric Acid Tank: 3,000 m³ (API 650). (D) • All piping, steel structure and equipment installation works. • Composition & organization of Quality control inspector group

Controls documents issued for Quality Control and Assurance Systems.Inspects Welding Qualification Certification ISO EN 3834 systems and directs ISO EN 3834, EN 1090 audits for welding Manufacturing & construction companies Conducts project management as “Shop Fabrication Technical Inspector” in fields of pressure vessels, heat ex-changers, boiler parts, metallic and non-metallic composite materials.Inspects field installation works.((Projects: AGE Gas Fired Power Plant in Denizli-Turkey)

Directed quality control procedures and issues related documents for manufacturing, installation and erection works including upgrade works, manufacturing & installation of ACC steel structures, Waste Heat Steam Boiler and piping works, Cooling Tower ducting and piping works, Feed Water Tank, etc.,

Directed and coordinated steel structures works (Projects: NAMSA ISAF HQ 160 tones steel structure works, Kabul - Afghanistan, 2011 ,installation works of 1000 m³ Fire water storage tanks as per API 650 (AYGAZ Co. Isparta LPG Distribute Terminal-May, 2011, AYGAZ Co. Diyarbakır - August, 2010, AYGAZ Co. Samsun Terminal, 2010),Directed and coordinated manufacturing and installation works of 3000 m³ Fire water storage tank as per API 650 (AYGAZ Co. İzmir Terminal - February, 2010)
