joined Accenture Baltic under title "Java Analyst". At Accenture, I learned structure project planning and implementation in such a way that client's end requirements should meet effectively and efficiently. I also learned that clear, transparent information transmission is key to client success: which leads to company success. Accenture also helped me in self-learning which lead me to have a mindset to analyze problems both from a broader as well as narrow spectrum.

My prior experience helped me work here in a versatile spectrum between business consultants and software teams. At ONSETS, I resolve communication barriers between both teams. At ONSETS, I learned how to document BPM problems, segregation between primary functional requirements and secondary functional requirements. Majorly, I have worked on projects which already been well documented as per the requirement phase, that is why I had majorly worked in waterfall workflow.

I joined Geganodes under the title "Java Software Engineer" and worked on some outstanding projects like Enterprise Resource Planning software Implementation (BMS) and other custom-line productions. I worked on web technologies, software terminal development, and mobile application development. In Geganodes I have worked majorly using agile (SCRUM) methodology.
