I am a technical account manager for the Aerospace & Defense and Industrial Equipment segment. In this role, I work closely with Airbus, Innio Jenbacher GmbH & Co OG and Voith GmbH to improve their simulation processes and methods. This includes the internal coordination of all technical activities and the assessment of customer demands. I strongly focus on solutions for Digital Transformation and Electrification.

- Lead/Assist in coordinating and executing all technical activities throughout the sales opportunity, e.g. customer meetings and product presentations, demonstrations and evaluations - Analyze technical needs, requirements, and state of a customers’ current infrastructure, operations, and engineering workflows - Create and demonstrate simulation solutions to streamline customer workflows, in support of the software sales process - Give training classes on the usage of ANSYS products

- Interact with customers to help diagnose issues, as well as research and find solutions to a wide variety of increasingly complex problems, in order to improve customers’ productivity and satisfaction with ANSYS products - Collaborate with product development to improve ANSYS products and the customers’ experience using these products - Instruct introductory and/or intermediate training classes on the usage of ANSYS simulation products

- Research in the field of aeroelasticity for aeroplanes - Code enhancement/implementation for fluid-solid interaction simulations - Teaching for Simulation Methods in Mechanical Engineering

- Vorbereitung/Durchführung von aeroelastischen Simulationen - Generierung von strukturierten und unstrukturierten Rechengittern - Datenevaluierung

- 2D und 3D-CAD-Konstruktion - Aufbau, Durchführung und Auswertung von Versuchen - Integration von Apparaturen und Systemen

- PVD-Beschichtungen - Vorbereitung von Proben - Prüfung und Analyse von Oberflächenbeschichtungen (Röntgendiffraktometrie, Kalottenschliff, Scratchtests, etc.)
