Responsible for shaping global strategy and operational support for Consumer Electronics, EE Analytical, Battery and Energy Efficiency portfolios. Develops and implements innovative, sustainable, and market-leading strategies, aligning technical, financial, sales, and marketing perspectives. Focuses on expanding global market presence, promoting sustainability, and supporting growth through strategic partnerships and customer-centric solutions.

The activities include the coordination and management of the operational laboratory area in accordance with generally applicable standards and regulations. In addition, the site-specific vision and business development (incl. market analysis, competitor analysis and customer base expansion) will be developed and implemented (local/global). This position is the link between Operations, Global Business Line Technology, the sites (Hamburg/Schwerin), as well as on EMEA level incl. Asia and America.

- Erstellung der E&E EMEA-Strategie - Planung, Organisation und Koordinierung von E&E-Projekten in der Region EMEA - Überwachung der Projektziele im Hinblick auf die Einhaltung von Terminen - Aktive Teilnahme am M&A-Prozess einschließlich des PMIP - Marktanalyse und -beobachtung - Konzeption und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsstrategien & Aufbau neuer Geschäftsfelder - Entwicklung und Umsetzung von neuen Marketingstrategien - Entwicklung von Verkaufsstrategien im Bereich E&E-Dienstleistungen

- Safety and quality testing of electrical and electronic products according to national and international testing standards - Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as target-oriented further development of employees - Organisation and optimisation of technical processes in the laboratory - Creation and further development of new services and test methods for E&E products - Interdepartmental cooperation and technical support - Technical Sales & KAM - Budget responsibility and financial planning
