Graduate research assistant in the field of “GNSS based collision avoidance sensor fusion concept” at Institute of Control Engineering (IRT), RWTH Aachen University. It deals with the vehicle(ego) state estimation by fusing the data from different sensors by Kalman filtering.

Satellite based velocity estimation for safety critical automotive applications. In near future the general availability of satellite navigation signals (due to e-call) in passenger cars makes it attractive to use these signals for the improvement of vehicle dynamic control systems especially vehicle velocity . Development and evaluation of signal-monitoring and plausibility-check algorithms that enable the use of satellite based velocity signals in safety critical control systems.
