Installation, maintenance, monitoring and performance tuning of Microsoft SQL Servers at Hungarian Post, consisting of nearly 100 servers and 2000 databases in mixed standalone and clustered configuration. I have also been involved in SQL analysis of performance problems, not effective queries in cooperation with the application operations and development teams. My tasks also included project participations, creating and supporting the required MSSQL infrastructure.

I was part of a team responsible for data loss handling and recovery from very small to large scales, using different processes depending on storage methods and operating systems. I took part in planning and architecting the recovery process of flash drives and also the development of necessary software and hardware, monitoring market changes, identifying, testing new solutions and integrating them into existing procedures.

Daily operation tasks of IT and user systems and devices, helping bank employees and external partners by maintaining high level IT support. Handling and solving incidents, requests and problems of users through servvice desk tickets, identifying software issues and forwarding to the DEV teams. Supporting partners using the softwares of the Bank.
