Marketing Materials and General assets and Facilities Managing the spend of Marketing Expenditures (Marketing - and Promotional Items and Services). Preparing and implementing of the sourcing strategies in domestic and regional level. Preparing and executing of local and regional tendering processes. Drafting, negotiating and communicating contracts.

Maintain a good business relationship with the permanent foreign supplier partners within the EU. Explore new potential suppliers and establish business contact with them. Complete deals from the negotiation of the price and purchasing contractual conditions to the arrangement of transportation.

Overseeing, quality control and dispatch of client documentation. Drafting and production of dispatch/client documentation reports. Coordination of dispatch trainees; including overseeing the training and supervision of new recruits within the department. Reviewed buying methods (indirect categories) to ensure cost effectiveness and maximization of profit. Inputting of Product Pricing.
