I am a self-employed mechanical engineer and deal with CAD, FEM and Reverse Engineering plus 3D scanning projects.

As CAD designer I was repsonsible most for designing technical plastic parts for full automated coffee machines. From the idea till the production and also contact person in quality issues. As Lead CAD designer I was reponsible for a brand new machine, and so coordinated project CAD designers. I was in contact with all other departments (Design, Marketing, Quality, Electric Developement, Production, Projectleaders, Series Support and so on) on a regular basis.

I was a universal mechanical engineer at PSTproducts GmbH. I did there FEM, CAD Design for the equipments for our prototype series, and also the prototyping was the part of my job.

I was a short time tere at ingenieurwerk GmbH. I did a Creo training there.

I was process engineer at Harman, and was responsible for subassemblies of loudspeakers and microphones, which will be built in cars. On the other hand I was Equipement CAD Designer and created a lot of test jigs and fixtures for the production. I handled also the inquiries and orders and kept the contact with the suppliers. Also finding new capable suppliers was my tasks as well.

I worked in Hypermesh and Abaqus mainly. And my job was to make mechanical stress analysis for interior car parts.
