International car transport. I was leader of 134 employees. I was fully responsible for professional and administrative management of “Transport” unit. Among my duties are solving of problems quickly and efficiently, HR-management, establishing contacts with domestic and international agencies and ministries, developing yearly strategies, elaborating reports and analyses, following legislation.

Member of sub-unit „Strategy“, Dept. of Information and Communication Technologies. Preparation of strategy-drafts for developing ICT with focus on eBusiness and related state procurement processes.

I was working for the Dept. of External Relations, preparing bilateral and multilateral meetings of government officials, acting as secretary of the Hungary/Baden-Württemberg Joint Government Commission, elaborating draft strategic international directions nad organizing events.

I assisted in preparing a new program on e-productivity and quality, in organizing an international forum on this topic, and I drafted a strategy paper for trade facilitation initiative focusing on eBusiness technologies of SMEs in Central and Eastern Europe.
