Three management experiences in different areas: - · Manage burn-in test department (production, process, maintenance) from plant setup to full production, transfer knowledge and groom local successor. · Manage a team to ensure successful new product introduction, technology transfer, customer samples building, and technical supports to production. · Manage Asia sub-cons with measurable performance indices. The work includes measurable setting/monitoring, root causes finding and process improvement.

Setting up process control and solving daily issues in burn-in process. Improve process/equipment capability in burn-in process with automation. Familiar with problem solving methodology, quality tools and system.

3D model visualization on a thermo-simulation software, and also code porting from UNIX workstation to personal computer. Understanding the simulation algorithm and improve the response time.
