• Bringing all the deliveries (including 3 sub projects) from DSW to first Nokia in-house developed TD-SCDMA Sanlitun. • Delegating as on one of the sub project manager. • Developing the project management plan and sub-plans such as project schedule, requirement management plan, testing plan, quality management plan, project resource development plan, build and integration plan etc. • Regularly synchronizing with customer’s needs and feedback • Project progress reporting to project stakeholders.

An 18 months, budget of €60,000 with more than 30 resources, UI software development project. Key UI features include message sorting (spam SMS handling), Chinese New font and Mobile Dictionary. Over 1 million handsets (Nokia N85, N79, E75, 5800, 5630, N97, N97 Mini and all of the copy products of above listed lead products) shipped with the UI, and the UI were very well received via user experience feedback. The program was delivered on time and on budget.
