The Advisory Board for the Diploma Study of Law is responsible for the design and development of the study curriculum. It consists out of nine elected main members (three out of each: Professors, Associate or Assistant Professors/University Assistants and students). Apart from the ongoing development of the curriculum the Advisory Board gets confronted with questions of special modes for exams, conversions of abroad degrees and it has to address and apply to concerns of practisioners.

Entire management of projects incl financial resourcing; Work with project partners to establish progress and direction of the project; Publish project findings in Journals, as books or as part of a conference book; Negotiate with publishers and editors; Peer support and guidance to junior staff members; Lectures; Providing student support; Supervision of Diploma theses and assisting Professor in Supervision of Doctor theses. Identify and manage potential issues within course curriculum

Drafting of Public Interest Assessments for Liquor License Applications. Research about relevant facts for Public interest Assessments. Improvement of existing methods for Market Research and design of a new questionnaire and survey methodology.

The working group on equity and diversity at JKU is responsible for fighting discrimination related to gender, age, ethnic background, religious beliefs and sexual orientation at work. In addition to that the elected delegates monitor and evaluate if recruitment regulations are adhered to throughout the selection procedures.

Plan projects in cooperation with project partners and sponsors by establishing format, direction and time lines; Publish project findings in Journals, as books or as part of a conference book. Negotiate and work with publishers and editors; Address concerns found throughout the project and enforce further research

Lectures for beginners and advanced students. Providing student support, which included personal lecturing and guidance. Assignment preparation. Marking of exams for my own lectures and the final diploma exams in Criminal Law.

Administration, document management and record-keeping. Collect and present several financial data on the project. Correspond with the company’s lawyer in relation to claims and prepare related paperwork and summarise relevant facts. Drafting and proof-reading of contractual documentation. Arrange meetings and appointments.
