worked More than 3 years in Vodafone as a Billing Expert of Mind Billing-Rating Software. Responsible from Billing/Rating of Vodafone customers, Generate consumer and corporate customer invoices, doing daily system & server controls, finding system bugs, fixing customer complaints on Production environment. Preparing reports for business and finance departments. Testing new requirements. Tracking suspension and penalty processes. Research and develop invoicing procedures which are implemented in PL/SQL.

I worked in Accenture for 3 years as a Software Consultant. I participated in 3 main transformation projects with all phases from design, to JAVA development, testing to post-production support. especially on Telecom billing operations, Java development for transformation of global Bank's old system to a browser based, user friendly Java user interface ,leaded a small test team more than one year who are responsible from Functional & Technical test planning and executing in Siebel CRM tool.

My First Job was a Billing Specialist in a local telecom company. I was a member of billing operations team. My role was to give operational support in billing cycle, analyzing wrong customer invoices, define new tariff plans to MySQL database, responsible from trunk definitions and mediation configurations. I worked there less than one year.
