Technical leadership of IP backbone planning and implementation team consist of 30 engineers and 3 subcontractor companies. Responsibilities were consist of planning, optimization and implementation of large scale mobile network with more than twenty million subscribers (MTN).I was working closely with our HQ and R&D in China also I was responsible for communicating with customer including CTO and general manager

Technical leadership of IP backbone team consists of 8 engineers. My responsibilities was Maintaining, troubleshooting and implementing IP backbone of a large scale mobile network proactively to meet the SLA and improving network KPIs. Also I was responsible for Interaction with customers from opening the case up to finding root cause, analyzing and implementing the solutions in network.

I was responsible for designing a large scale enterprise campus LAN network for one of the largest wire and cable industry in Middle East. My responsibility was providing HLD and LLD based on the Cisco products for integrated and unified communication services (Data, Voice and Video) which include but not limited to Traffic dimensioning, IP address designing, VLAN designing, Inter VLAN routing, High availability, WAN and remote access, QOS and security.

My responsibilities were consist of providing engineering support and assistance in the medium and large scale enterprise customers (specializing in Cisco and Non Cisco equipments).Work from Method’s of Procedure to define how equipment will be integrated into the existing network. Develop relationships and pursue additional engineering opportunities with clients. Provide on-site engineering to cutover newly deployed Cisco equipments.
