Managing all claims associated with the firmʼs Accident & Specialty and core portfolios, including Contingency, Personal Accident (Life, PTD, TTD), General Liability, PI, Property and Medical Expenses written on a direct and reinsurance basis. Responsible for overseeing the start to finish process (advice to settlement) of all claims.

Managing a team of six senior claims staff and responsible for the implementation of the strategic plan for the Speciality Claims Division. Being the Global Market reference point and co-ordinator for the Groupʼs Specialty claims including all Accident & Health and Financial Risks portfolios.

Reporting to the Underwriting Director and responsible for the rating and underwriting performance of the companyʼs portfolio of business in respect to Financial Shortfall, Return to Invoice & Vehicle Replacement Protection Insurance.

To oversee the development of a claims department involved with the assessment and settlement of ancillary motor Insurance claims.

Managing 20 people and responsible for the management of a busy claims department involved with the assessment of Life, Accident/Sickness and Unemployment claims.

Heading a team of five. Reporting principally to the administration director, but with regular liaison with all board members.

Auditing and analysing claims through various Insurance anti- fraud groups. Promoted to Assistant Claims Manager of a department consisting of thirty adjusting staff.
