Provision of Third Level technical support for SMB/Enterprise client’s LAN, WAN, hardware infrastructures and LOB software; Lead on-site engineer; Responsible for overseeing help desk operations and handling the escalation of support tickets as necessary when needed; Production of written media for training engineers with regards to new software, hardware and client maintenance procedures/services; Project Management and the production of Microsoft Project documents prior to installation.
