As manager responsible for the development of the brand new fitness studio at the adidas World of Sports. Send to Germany by High Five to start their first international corporate fitness club.

Responsible for the daily management of 14 corporate fitness clubs throughout the Netherlands.

From January 2012 till September 2012 I combined the operational management of 6 corporate fitness clubs in the south of Holland, with my job at High Five's quality unit. In addition to the personnel & financial management of the fitness clubs in the south of the country, I've been working on High Five's ISO processes, leading to the 9001 & 14001 ISO certification.

In my time at High Five's quality unit, we've been busy in maintaining and further developing the processes and the quality system of High Five. In addition to the daily care for our websites, the brand management, internal audits and in- as well as external surveys, I designed the new High Five training system together with a colleague.

During my study I've been working as a fitness coach in the corporate fitness facilities of multiple international companies. As a fitness coach, I've been responsible for the guidance, testing & motivation of the members as well as giving courses.
